• Keine Vermietung an Einzelpersonen.
• Zentrale Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Die Ausstattug ist Hotelniveau, die Wohnung hat mehrere voll möblierte Schlafzimmer, zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, zwei Bäder und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Internetzugang. Zudem sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden.

I offer an exclusive (furnished) apartment for up to 10 people (single and double rooms). Long-term rental of the entire apartment to companies, with open-ended contract.

• Minimum rental period 6 months for 13€ per person and day.
• No letting to individuals.
• Central location with very good transport connections.

The furnishings are hotel standard, the apartment has several fully furnished bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and free internet access. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.
